Our Biomass Dryer Machine is an efficient industrial drying solution designed to reduce excess moisture from biomass for briquetting, pelletizing, and biomass energy applications. It uses Flash Turbo Drying Technology to deliver fast and uniform moisture removal.

Wet biomass is fed through a Screw Conveyor into the drying pipeline, where hot air from the Hot Air Furnace rapidly removes moisture. An ID Fan carries the material through the system, while the Cyclone Separator efficiently separates and collects the dried biomass.

Suitable for sawdust, wood chips, rice husk, bagasse, cotton stalks, groundnut shells, corn cobs, agricultural waste, forestry residues, and other biomass materials.

The system can reduce moisture from approximately 30–45% to 8–15%, producing dry, process-ready material for briquetting presses, pellet mills, biomass boilers, and power plants.

Dryer Working Process
  1. Raw Material Feeding: Wet biomass is fed into the dryer through a feeding hopper or screw conveyor.
  2. Material Conveying: The screw conveyor continuously transfers the material into the drying chamber.
  3. Hot Air Drying: A hot air furnace generates high-temperature air, which rapidly removes moisture from the biomass.
  4. Cyclone Separation: The dried biomass is separated from the hot air and collected for further processing.
  5. Dust Collection: Fine dust is captured by the air pollution control system before clean air is released.
  6. Ready for Production: The dried biomass is ready for briquetting, pelletizing, biomass boilers, and other industrial applications.
