Biomass Dryer Machine Manufacturer

Biomass Dryer Machine is an advanced industrial drying system designed to reduce the moisture content of biomass materials before briquetting, pelletizing, or biomass power generation. By efficiently removing excess moisture, the machine improves fuel quality, increases calorific value, enhances production efficiency, and reduces storage and transportation costs.

The machine uses Flash Turbo Drying Technology, where wet biomass is fed through a Screw Conveyor into a pneumatic drying pipeline. Hot air generated by a Hot Air Furnace rapidly evaporates moisture while an ID Fan conveys the material through the system. The dried biomass is then separated and collected by a Cyclone Separator, ensuring continuous and uniform drying.

Our Biomass Dryer Machine is suitable for drying sawdust, wood chips, wood powder, rice husk, bagasse, cotton stalks, groundnut shells, corn cobs, agricultural waste, forestry waste, biomass waste, municipal solid waste (MSW), and other biomass residues.

The system reduces input moisture up to 30–45% to an ideal output moisture of 8–15%, making the material ready for briquetting machines, pellet mills, biomass boilers, and biomass power plants.

Raw Materials

Forest Waste: Sawdust, sander dust, wood chips, tree bark, bamboo waste, veneer waste, and other forestry residues.

Agricultural Waste: Rice husk, groundnut shells, coconut shells, cotton stalks, sugarcane trash, wheat straw, paddy straw, maize waste, corn cobs, and other crop residues.

Industrial & Municipal Waste: Paper waste, bagasse, RDF, municipal solid waste (MSW), and other combustible waste.

We offer a complete range of briquetting machines in various capacities and configurations to suit different raw materials, production requirements, and industrial applications.

How to Produce briquettes
  • Raw Material Collection – Collect agricultural, forestry, and industrial biomass waste.
  • Crushing – Reduce the material to the required size using chippers, shredders, or hammer mills.
  • Drying – Lower the moisture content to 8–12% using flash or rotary dryers.
  • Briquetting – Compress the material under high pressure to form dense briquettes using natural lignin as a binder.
  • Shaping & Cooling – Shape the briquettes and cool them to enhance strength and durability.
  • Packaging – Pack the finished briquettes or supply them in bulk for industrial use.

Standard Models (Typical)

Model Briquette Size Power Production Capacity*
JK-65 65 mm 59 HP 500–700 kg/hr
JK-75 75 mm 69 HP 700–1000 kg/hr
JK-90 90 mm 91 HP 1000–2,000 kg/hr

Note: Production capacity depends on the type of biomass, bulk density, moisture content (recommended 8–12%), particle size, and machine configuration. Custom briquetting plants can be designed to meet specific production requirements.
