Advantages of Wood Chipper Machine
The raw material is fed into the machine through a belt conveyor, where feed rollers guide it into the cutting chamber. A high-speed rotating drum fitted with heavy-duty blades cuts the wood into uniform chips. The finished chips are then discharged through the output conveyor, ready for further processing or storage.

Wood Chipper Working Process
1. Raw Material Feeding
Wood logs, tree trunks, branches, bamboo, timber waste, and other wood materials are loaded onto the feeding belt conveyor.
2. Automatic Feeding
Heavy-duty hydraulic or mechanical feeding rollers firmly grip the wood and feed it continuously into the cutting chamber at a controlled speed.
3. Chipping Process
Inside the machine, a high-speed rotating drum equipped with hardened alloy blades cuts the wood into uniform wood chips or wood powder. The sharp cutting blades ensure efficient processing with minimal power consumption.
4. Material Discharge
The finished wood chips or wood powder are discharged through the output conveyor for easy collection and transportation.
